Hong Kong Island

Just a quick note to say it was Northern Monkey who tipped Hong Kong Island rather than Systematic. Given a dreadful ride by all accounts.

I have lost 6.5 points this weeks following SLH and am currently 10 points down for July. I am betting at £200 per point and have therefore lost £2,000 this month. I hope SLH can turn things round soon - he sounded rather upset on the review message earlier. At least he has 200 clients paying him £1,000 per year so he earns a cool £200,000 per year and doesn't really need to worry about backing his own tips. If things don't improve by the end of August, I will cancel my subscription.0 points down for July. I am betting at £200 per point and have therefore lost £2,000 this month. Hi there - not too good on the betting front this month from SLH. Think he was annoyed with so many places and not getting the rub of the green. Not sure how long you've been a member but worth keeping going as you can see from my stats - it's a service that has a few lean periods and then can rack up some points quickly. Summer is never great though.

Do you think he has 200 members? I'm not sure there's as many as that or prices would take a big tumble (like Equine). But I take your point - although if you don't perform you don't have any members!

According to the BBC video story, SLH has 200 clients - but some may have left since then as his dreadful run followed the making of that video.

Why do some of your friends' posts appear as double-length messages with duplicated text?

Really looking forward to your next SLH analysis.

Anon 1 - Wow - I haven't watched that video story - 200 seems like a lot which suggests why the price used to go so quickly when he had that long winning streak - prices certainly don't move so much these days - can even get matched quite easily on betfair.

Anon 2 - I've no idea really - they just appear in the comments page like that - a bit odd! Yes - sorry i've not got to it yet - work has been crazy and my new job means I'm out and on the road a lot!
